We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns
Lice Treatment Kit – All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of accessing the Simplicety At Home Instructional Video.
Lice Removal Accessories – These products are not eligible for returns.

Return Process
To return Simplicety At Home Head Lice Treatment Kit, please contact us online to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and All contents that were received in the package, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us by calling 877-414-6487 to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Only the Simplicety At Home Head Lice Treatment Kit is eligible for money back. No other items we sell are eligible for refund.
  • Customer must have accessed Instructional Video and attempted to treat infestation.
  • In order to receive refund, Simplicety At Home Lice Treatment Kit must be post marked within 2 weeks of accessing Simplicety At Home Instructional Video.
  • All components of the Simplicety At Home Head Lice Treatment Kit must be returned to receive refund.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Lice Kits for the contiguous United States. For other products, the cost is $8.00 for standard shipping and $30 for expedited shipping. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary based on location. They do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Expedited Shipping: This option ensures delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
  • International Shipping: At present, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Tracking Your Order: We provide a tracking number for all orders once shipped, allowing you to monitor your orderโ€™s progress.
