“Is Head Lice a Parasite?”
Head lice is in fact a Parasitic Insect. They cannot complete their life-cycle without exploiting a suitable host. Unfortunately us humans are that host!
The good news, though, if there is such a thing, by needing a host to survive, head lice cannot live in your home.
Although, head lice may creep you out at the thought, and especially at their sight, they are completely harmless.
